  • “Services” means all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to scooter rentals, mobile applications, and customer support.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

3. USE OF SERVICES

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

  • Users must follow all local, state, and federal laws.

  • Scooters must be operated responsibly and only in designated areas.

4. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Users must create an account with accurate information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Fees are clearly listed before usage.

  • All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment is processed through a secure third-party service.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Company is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of its Services.

  • Users accept full responsibility for the risks associated with operating a motorized scooter.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS

By using the Services, Users acknowledge and accept all inherent risks, including serious bodily injury or death, and waive any claims against the Company arising from the use of the Services.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

The Company may terminate access to the Services at its discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Florida courts.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
